North America Education Centre (NAEC) introduces the IAP Program (International Access Program) for students who wish to take a university-preparatory program while taking their normal Chinese HS program to get better prepared for university studies in the western world. The IAP Program is based on the internationally-recognized ACT/GAC Program from ACT Education Solutions Ltd (a subsidiary of ACT Inc. of the USA).

The IAP Program can be taken as an alternative to the blended Chinese-US High School program. Students in a blended Chinese-US HS program would continue taking the Chinese HS curriculum (to maintain their heritage education); however, they feel that they are both motivated and capable of studying for another western program (either a US HS program or a university-preparatory program).
